We're sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving us for now! We hope that you have found your subscription to EdPlace to be an incredibly useful resource to support your child's learning at home. Depending on how you originally signed up for your subscription, please choose the relevant option from the list below to cancel your subscription via the same method.
If you have a problem with one of your payments, click here.
Please note, if you are contacting us outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00), it may take us some time to complete your cancellation request. Therefore, you may still be charged if your renewal is imminently due. To avoid any potential upset, we recommend cancelling yourself wherever possible.
1) Cancelling online via the EdPlace website:
If you signed up originally via our website, log in to your account as a parent at www.edplace.com/parent.
Click on 'My subscription' in the profile section of your parent dashboard on the right-hand side.
Select the 'Cancel Subscription' button, which will look like this:
You will be directed to complete a short cancellation survey before being asked to confirm that you definitely wish to cancel.
This action will cancel your account immediately and no further payments will be made. Your account access will be maintained until the end of your current billing period, so if you paid monthly this will be for the remainder of the month until your next renewal was due and if you paid annually this will be for the remainder of the year until your next renewal was due.
Cancelling your free account:
If you and your child are using one of our free accounts, there is no need to cancel this if you wish to take a break from using EdPlace. Your parent and student account will simply remain unused, but accessible to only you until you are ready to pick up where you left off and start using it again. In fact, this is how we imagine the account will be used - we will be there to support your child throughout their entire school journey so there may be times when you don't need us, but we will be ready and waiting for when you do.
If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, then you can manage these notifications within your account. Click here for support with how to unsubscribe.
