Depending on how you originally signed up for your subscription, you will need to cancel your subscription via the same method. If you did not sign up via the EdPlace website, please click here to be redirected to a guide to cancel on the Apple App Store or here for a guide on how to cancel on the Google Play Store.
If you signed up originally via our website, log in to your account as a parent at www.edplace.com/parent.
Click on the 'My subscription' in the left-hand menu of your parent dashboard.
Scroll down to the cancellation link at the bottom of the page, which will look like this:
Click on the blue word 'here' where you will be directed to complete a short cancellation survey before being asked to confirm that you definitely wish to cancel.
This action will cancel your account immediately and no further payments will be made. Your account access will be maintained until the end of your current billing period, so if you paid monthly this will be for the remainder of the month until your next renewal was due and if you paid annually this will be for the remainder of the year until your next renewal was due.
You can also cancel via email, you can email your request to email@example.com. If you would like to cancel via telephone, you can call us on 0207 183 9818.
Please note, if you are contacting us outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5.30 pm), it may take us some time to complete your request. Therefore, you may still be charged if your renewal is imminently due. To avoid any potential upset, we recommend cancelling online wherever possible.
At the end of your last billing period, your account will automatically be downgraded to our free version which gives you access for one student for up to 5 activities per month free of charge. To learn more about our free account, please click here.
