If you and your child are using one of our free accounts, there is no need to cancel this if you wish to take a break from using EdPlace. Your parent and student account will simply remain unused, but accessible to only you, until you are ready to pick up where you left off and start using it again. In fact, this is how we imagine the account will be used - we will be there to support your child throughout their entire school journey so there may be times when you don't need us, but we will be ready and waiting for when you do.
If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, then you can manage these notifications within your account. Click here for support with how to do this.
If you are sure that you definitely have no further use for your free EdPlace parent account and wish to cancel it, please contact us at email@example.com and we will remove your details from our master database. Please note that once this action has been completed, it cannot be undone and all of your child's previous scores and data will be permanently deleted.
