Removing a student from your account is a piece of cake! Follow these simple steps and you will be able to amend the students attached to your parent account with ease.
First, log in to your parent account on the web at www.edplace.com/parent. (Please note, a student cannot be removed within the parent apps so you will need to use our web platform to complete this action.)
Select the 'My subscription' tab in the left-hand menu of your parent dashboard.
Under the heading 'Child Accounts', you will see the student accounts linked to your parent account and their current status.
If you wish to delete one of these student accounts, simply click on the word 'Deactivate' and click 'Deactivate student account' to confirm your decision:
This student will now appear, greyed out, in your 'Inactive Accounts' list which means that you will not be paying for their subscription and they will no longer be able to log in:
If you wish to reactivate a student's subscription at a later date, go back to this page and click the 'Activate' button to restart their subscription.
